The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in mobile app services, based in Greece. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional support for our innovative mobile applications, assisting users with inquiries, technical issues, and navigating the features of our products. Your fluency in Italian will allow you to engage effectively with customers, ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience while using our services.


Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to customers in Italian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their mobile app inquiries.
  • Assist users with account management, app functionality, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide clear guidance to ensure a positive experience.
  • Document all interactions and maintain thorough records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest app features and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support, particularly related to mobile applications, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and guide customers through solutions.
  • Familiarity with mobile app features and customer service platforms.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.
