Responsibilities

Source and engage with candidates fluent in Dutch for various job opportunities across Europe.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and experiences to match them with suitable roles.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to promote job openings and attract diverse talent.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and interview process.
Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and clients to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements in our database.

Fluency in Dutch is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of the European job market and employment trends.
Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively as a freelancer.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with candidates and clients.
Ability to work remotely and maintain a productive work environment.
