Responsibilities

  • Source and engage potential candidates through social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Draft and publish clear, compelling job advertisements that attract quality applicants.
  • Handle the initial screening process by reviewing resumes and conducting preliminary interviews.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Track and manage candidate progress through various recruitment stages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in a freelance capacity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with digital recruitment platforms and tools.
  • C1/C2 level proficiency in English.
