Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding our FinTech products and resolve any issues they may encounter in a timely and effective manner.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer comprehensive solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about product updates and market trends to deliver knowledgeable support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
Accurately document customer interactions for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the technology or FinTech sector.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Able to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
Experience in using customer feedback to drive service enhancements is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools would be beneficial.
A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment are essential.
