Key Responsibilities

Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates for diverse roles within the Dutch-speaking market.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their specific needs and job requirements.
Leverage various sourcing channels, including social media and job boards, to enhance candidate outreach.
Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their relevant qualifications.
Provide advice and support to candidates during their job search and throughout the recruitment process.

Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
