Stay well-informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate support.

Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in customer service, particularly within the FinTech sector, is preferred.

Experience in gathering and interpreting customer feedback for service enhancements.
Familiarity with CRM tools and online support systems.
Must be residing in Athens and have a suitable remote work environment.
