Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from German-speaking customers regarding various banking products and services efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about banking policies, transactions, and account management.
  • Assist clients in resolving account issues and concerns with empathy and effectiveness.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system to maintain precise records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed of the latest banking products, services, and regulations to provide knowledgeable and up-to-date support.
  • Engage in continuous training and development to enhance your skills and understanding of the banking landscape.
  • Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities focused on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Awareness of banking products and services is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a remote team environment.
