Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns about high-end coffee machines.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and providing setup instructions.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service-related inquiries efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and technical support to address complex customer inquiries.
  • Stay informed about product specifications, features, and coffee industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response efficiency.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the coffee or appliance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee machines is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working remotely.
