Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency calls from German-speaking clients needing roadside assistance.
Evaluate vehicle problems over the phone and provide clear, actionable guidance or arrange for necessary towing and repair services.
Maintain open and compassionate communication with customers, keeping them informed during their emergency situation.
Document all customer interactions accurately according to company standards.
Coordinate effectively with local service providers and emergency responders to facilitate prompt assistance.
Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction through effective resolution of issues.
Stay updated on company policies, roadside assistance procedures, and local driving regulations to enhance service support.

Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
Experience in customer service, emergency response, or automotive sectors is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Comfortable using technology and computer systems.
