Key Responsibilities

Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for positions across Germany and other German-speaking markets.
Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and preferences.
Utilize social media and job boards to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
Provide candidates with guidance and support throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Prepare and present qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the roles.

Fluency in German and excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
