Responsibilities

Monitor and review user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure adherence to community standards.
Evaluate posts, comments, and messages in German, making informed decisions to approve, flag, or remove inappropriate content.
Document and report instances of policy violations, including hate speech, spam, and other harmful behaviors.
Engage with users by addressing inquiries and providing clarity on community guidelines.
Collaborate with the social media team to provide insights based on user interactions and trends.
Maintain detailed records of moderation actions and assist in compiling performance reports.
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media moderation.

Fluency in German with excellent written communication skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Prior experience in content moderation or similar social media roles is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate content accurately.
Excellent critical thinking skills and sound judgment in moderation decisions.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content policies.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
