Responsibilities

Identify and attract qualified candidates for various job openings requiring Italian language skills.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit for the positions.
Maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidates.
Utilize multiple platforms and networks to source potential candidates effectively.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to job placement.
Provide candidates with insights about job opportunities and the recruitment process.
Keep up to date with market trends and industry developments to better inform candidates and clients.

Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a remote environment.
