Your customer service expertise and knowledge of the rental industry will be vital in meeting our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

Engage with Italian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address their inquiries related to car rentals.
Assist customers throughout the booking process, including making reservations, modifying bookings, and handling vehicle returns.
Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively, striving to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality.
Collaborate with the operations team to manage any logistical challenges that arise during customer interactions.
Stay informed about rental policies, vehicle options, and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in all interactions to build long-lasting customer relationships.

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the car rental or tourism sector, is advantageous.
