The House of Mercier is excited to offer a position for Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representatives specializing in online travel services, available remotely from Greece. This dynamic role requires you to assist our Nordic-speaking customers with inquiries related to their travel plans, ensuring they receive outstanding support throughout their journey. You will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing clear guidance and solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing travel-related inquiries.
  • Assist clients with booking processes, itinerary adjustments, and cancellations, ensuring they understand policies and procedures.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints and feedback, striving for prompt resolutions and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Document and keep detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to resolve complex booking issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about current travel trends and company services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and building loyalty in the online travel sector.
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the online travel industry, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Familiarity with online travel systems and customer service software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
