Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Analyze posts, comments, and messages in Italian for appropriateness and relevance.
Identify and flag any content that violates community standards, including hate speech, harassment, and misinformation.
Engage with users by responding to inquiries regarding moderation practices and community guidelines.
Collaborate with the moderation team to provide insights and enhance moderation strategies.
Maintain thorough documentation of moderation decisions and assist in reporting content trends.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and updates in moderation policies.

Fluency in Italian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Previous experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and capacity to interpret context in diverse content.
Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills.
