The House of Mercier is excited to offer a position for a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in the banking industry, available for remote work in Greece. In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with our banking services. Your fluency in Polish will be key to building strong relationships and offering tailored assistance to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Polish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries related to banking products and services.
  • Guide clients in managing their accounts, processing transactions, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately while maintaining comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest banking products, services, and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty within the banking industry.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries effectively and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements, is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
