Responsibilities

Source and attract potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct screening interviews and assess applicants' qualifications and compatibility
Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organizational culture
Provide candidates with guidance on the job application process and interview preparations
Maintain and update candidate records in our database and keep track of the recruitment pipeline
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to enhance retention
Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to effectively advise candidates and clients.

Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in English preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and clients
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A passion for helping others succeed in their career goals.
