In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Slovenian-speaking clients, responding to their inquiries regarding various banking services. Your proficiency in Slovenian will be crucial in ensuring an exceptional customer experience and building strong relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Slovenian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to banking products and services.
  • Guide clients in managing their accounts, processing transactions, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving for quick resolutions and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records of inquiries and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest banking products, services, and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty in the banking industry.
  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries effectively and provide timely resolutions.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
