Responsibilities

Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for various roles in the consumer services sector.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit for international job placements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate follow-up.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to expand the talent pool and consolidate candidate pipelines.
Provide expert advice to candidates regarding job opportunities, market trends, and interview preparation.
Collaborate with team members to implement effective recruitment strategies and share best practices.

Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal communication.
Strong networking skills with a passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
