Job Summary:
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Director to lead our patient recruitment efforts for clinical trials. As the Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize patient enrollment, aligning with senior management priorities, and leveraging our site expertise, subject matter experts (SMEs), and various recruitment approaches.
This position can be based in any IMA office location or be a remote work-from-home role, anywhere in the US. It requires a willingness to travel up to 25% within North America for client meetings, audits, or site support as needed. This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states currently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team to develop and implement strategies for patient recruitment enrollment goals.
- Develop recruitment strategies leveraging site success, tools, and innovative solutions.
- Provide senior oversight across all recruiting studies, continuously evaluating and modifying approaches.
- Identify and collaborate with third-party vendors to access larger patient databases.
- Work with internal experts to ensure communications are patient-centric and relatable.
- Oversee community outreach plans to access diverse patient populations.
- Track spending, campaign effectiveness, sources, and ROI for data-driven decision-making.
- Support health events, industry conferences, and collaboration with stakeholders for recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Five (5+) years of experience in patient recruitment management, marketing, strategy, and related patient engagement activities.
- Understanding of multimedia platforms and experience in evaluating KPIs to measure ROI.
- Knowledge of clinical research, patient recruitment of diverse populations, digital marketing strategies, social media strategies, patient screening, engagement, and retention.
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite, experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looke is preferred.
