As a Patient Recruiter Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission. Collaborating closely with the Patient Recruitment Manager, you'llhelp with patient recruitment efforts, breathe life into our database with innovative strategies, and maintain strong connections with our patient community.
We're offering a competitive starting salary ranging from $20 to $23.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Hunting for diverse subjects to join our ongoing research studies.
Nailing telephone screenings using our bespoke scripts to identify potential patient gems.
Coordinating screening visit appointments and being a scheduling wizard when plans change.
Crafting insightful reports and metrics to track and boost our recruitment efforts.
Engaging potential patients with grace and professionalism via phone and email.
Building solid bridges with our Clinical Research Team and other stakeholders.
Keeping the team updated on our recruitment victories and aspirations.
Experience:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), eager to learn about our research systems, databases, and call software.
A team player with exceptional proactive problem-solving skills and a talent for follow-through.
A respectful communicator who engages effectively with the public, physicians, and teammates.
A multitasking, deadline-meeting expert who thrives in a dynamic environment that’s always changing and adapting.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in outbound call centers or sales is necessary.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Experience in Clinical Research or Medical fields is preferred.
Background or experience in Psychology is preferred.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and some medical terminology is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
