As a List Builder, you will play a crucial role in identifying top-tier influencers that align with our clients' brand values, campaign goals, and target audiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Research & Identification: Conduct thorough research across multiple social media platforms to identify influencers who meet our clients' specific criteria, considering factors like engagement rate, follower demographics, content quality, and brand fit.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to assess influencer performance, leveraging analytics tools, historical data, and industry benchmarks to find the best influencers for each campaign.
  • Platform Proficiency: Work with complex influencer marketing platforms and data tools to filter, analyze, and shortlist influencers effectively and efficiently.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and influencer industry news to ensure our recommendations are aligned with current best practices.
  • Report Generation: Compile and organize influencer lists, providing insights and data-backed justifications for each selection, ensuring our clients have a clear understanding of why each influencer is an ideal fit.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for influencer selection, verifying authenticity, engagement quality, and adherence to brand values.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and trends, with a focus on metrics that impact influencer marketing, such as engagement rates, audience demographics, and ROI.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, thoroughly vetted lists.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms and analytical tools; able to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
