Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk (1062288)

Location: Souderton, PASalary: Depends on ExperienceDescription: The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Souderton PA area to find an Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerk for their team. This role is onsite, 5-days a week, and requires previous AR/AP experience.This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities• Process adjustments to customer accounts as directed by the sales and customer service• Maintain and update the cash application list and the deduction list• Post miscellaneous cash deposits and cash withdrawals to the general ledger• Collaborate with department manager to reconcile the bank accounts monthly• Process vendor invoices for payment• Maintain and update procedures and steam line processes• Application of check and electronic payments to customer accounts promptly and accurately through data entry dailyQualifications & Requirements:• High School Diploma• Previous AR/AP Experience• Previous experience in manufacturing or related industryContact: abond@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
