Description Job Title: B2B Product Manager (Food / Medicine) Overview: As a B2B Food as Medicine Product Manager, you will drive the development of Health & Wellness solutions, including Soda Health and OptUP Integration. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems while upholding the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Minimum Position Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business, marketing, management, or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of experience bringing customer-facing technology products to market • 3+ years of software development, product management, or business analyst experience in a technology business, demonstrating success in sales and customer adoption • Experience with iterative product development (Agile) • Product management experience in B2B or B2C Healthcare, Wellness, and/or Nutrition solutions • Familiarity with Exchange Solutions (developing products for healthcare payers, providers, clinical associates, and beneficiaries) • Experience working on product solutions involving API integration, data mapping, reporting, and analysis • Demonstrated leadership in product management • Proficiency in contract management, program management, and/or project management • Excellent oral/written communication skills and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to use data-driven insights to enhance the customer and user experience Desired Previous Experience/Education • Familiarity with systems and applications such as Productboard, Jira, Mural, and Confluence • Exposure to Gen AI / ML • Understanding of multi-channel retail, including ecommerce, food merchandising, and supply chain operations • Experience with products or digital experiences supporting lead generation for B2B sales Key Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: • Create, maintain, and communicate B2B Food as Medicine product roadmaps, including near-term delivery and 1-2 year product evolution, aligning with company and business unit strategies. • Develop a product plan, collaborating with technical and non-technical partners to deliver product capabilities and enhancements to the market. • Maintain robust product documentation (technical requirements, plans, roadmaps) using systems like Jira, Productboard, and Confluence. • Drive identified product requirements and feature enhancements through cross-functional collaboration. • Support vendor-managed capabilities, overseeing vendor roadmaps, technical requirements, and QA. • Leverage data and analytics to measure and improve B2B Food as Medicine KPIs, including OptUP product nutrition rating coverage and accuracy. • Model Agile principles by maintaining a groomed backlog and providing 1-N prioritization for backlog • Execute criteria within Minimum Viable Product timeframes, and any subsequent key milestone dates - enforcing the speed/frequency with which enhancements and new capabilities need to be delivered • Remain flexible and adaptable to business priorities / needs • Escalate critical issues, gaps, blockers or risks to leadership in a timely manner so as not to delay implementation • Build highly collaborative cross-functional partnerships across the Kroger matrix organization • Identify new product requirements and feature enhancements through collaborative engagements to support product strategies, as needed • Confidently manage relationships with a vast range of stakeholder types including: Corporate/Business stakeholders, Kroger Technology stakeholders across pillars (including but not limited to MX, CX, HWX), external B2B and/or vendor stakeholders, and more. • Execute regular meetings with stakeholders to review priorities in order of now, next and later, and KPIs / metrics as an indicator of product health and progress.
