Job DescriptionThe LEGO® Group is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to provide guidance, support, training, and counsel to staff and managers regarding all manner of issues relating to employee relations, compliance, policies & procedures, performance management, and other employment matters.Core Responsibilities:• Conduct investigations, respond to employee concerns and make recommendations regarding grievances, complaints, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations issues.• Provide coaching, counsel, guidance and collaboration with campus stakeholders relative to employee relations, performance and disciplinary action.• Support Recruitment with background screening process• Respond to employee and management inquiries concerning policies and procedures; Ensure compliance and understanding with policies and procedures.• Assist with developing employee engagement and resource tools.• Refer employees to resources and submit employee tickets as needed.• Assist with employee onboarding.Qualification/Experience• preferred (not required) 3 years’ experience is warehouse/manufacturing environment• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in employee relations• Experience conducting investigations and preparing comprehensive investigation reports• Experience counseling managers and supervisors regarding best practices methods of resolving conflict, performance issues, and acts of misconduct• Strong communication and organizational skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Pay Rate: $32.00/hrWork Site: Onsite Chester, VAShift: Full TimeMonday to Thursday: 4:30pm to 12amFriday & Saturday OffSunday: 4:30pm to 12amApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
