Payroll/Benefits Administrative Support

The Matian Firm, APC is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll/Benefits Administrative Support to join our team. This position offers room for growth and opportunities for learning within the legal industry.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with bank reconciliation processes
Familiarity with ADP Workforce for payroll
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and resourceful with the ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day payroll functions for 300+ employees
Ensure compliance with IRS regulations, state taxes, wage and hour laws
Oversee benefits enrollments, respond to inquiries, and assist with 401(k) and open enrollment processes
Perform general office duties and maintain records
Work closely with Collection Managers and Management on firm reporting

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
