Growing paper craft company seeks Meta Ads manager with proven track record for increasing ROAS and decreasing CAC? Bonus if you love crafting! CraftyCatSVG is a growing paper craft company looking for a rockstar Meta Ads expert to help us create and manage high-converting Meta ads. Our current offer has been popular, but ROAS has decreased significantly over the last month or so. We believe the offer still has a lot of life left, but the ads are not converting like they used to.We are looking for someone to add to our very small team who can take over our ads management and get us back to 3x plus ROAS, while offering some guidance on creatives that convert.This is a remote contract position.Requirements:Proven track record of increasing ROAS and decreasing CAC with Meta adsExcellent copywriting skillsAbility to create winning ad creatives and offer guidance for any creatives that need to be supplied by usExcellent communication skillsPreferred but not required:An interest in the product and familiarity with the audience.PROJECT FEE: Negotiable based on experience.WHO ARE WE?At CraftyCatSVG, we design fun and simple layered SVG papercraft projects for crafters of all levels to make gifts or home decor.
