During the opera season, the Associate is responsible for representing the Met to Members and Patrons and their guests in the Straz Lounge before performances and during intermissions. The Host greets Patrons and verifies active membership status at the door of the Patron Lounge. They also manage the Backstage Tour Program. Post-season, the Patron Associate assumes part-time coverage of the Patron Office phone line, booking gifts and assistance with Patron ticketing inquiries.
