About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. Responsibilities include defining project scope, managing budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery that aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.
Communicate project status, progress, and roadblocks to stakeholders.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to drive success.
Qualifications
Experienced: 10+ years in Construction Management (could have been Assistant PM for a part of that)
Self Starter
Must be a hard worker
General Understanding of putting bids together, and running a project
Estimation experience is required
Need to be well-rounded, i.e. can put estimates together, negotiate, and manage the project.
