Corporate Counsel, Sales and Operations

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its B2B business in North America and LATAM. This role will involve providing legal guidance on commercial transactions and internal operations.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills
Excellent drafting capabilities
Knowledge of competition law
Experience in commercial transactions
Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as legal advisor to North American and Latin American trading card sales teams.
Provide transactional guidance to finance and procurement groups.
Structure, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
Advise on compliance matters in the B2B supply chain.
Support internal operations and organizational needs.

Education

J.D. or equivalent degree
Bar license to practice in Washington State
