Localization Editor II - English (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

The Pokémon Company International is looking for a Localization Editor II who will ensure consistency in editorial style and maintain readability for mobile titles. A passion for the Pokémon brand is essential.

Skills

Copyediting experience
Knowledge of localization issues
Experience with MS Word and Excel
Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

Edit, proof, and review materials related to mobile titles
Playtest and participate in the QA process
Edit copy for grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Lead projects, conforming to developers’ vision
Provide input in creative development meetings
Contribute to process analyses and workflow improvements
Collaborate with other localization professionals

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
