Logistics Coordinator (12-month Fixed Term)

The Pokémon Company International seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support the B2B TCG Logistics team in managing sales orders and logistics coordination.

Skills

Supply Chain/Logistics experience
ERP system proficiency
Strong communication skills
B2B fulfillment knowledge
Attention to detail

Responsibilities

Assist TCG Logistics team in processing customer sales orders
Ensure shipping instructions and documents are provided accurately
Act as a liaison with 3PL warehouses for fulfillment
Help with customer mis-shipment and claims investigation
Constantly find new ways to improve processes
