Manager, IT Service Desk

The Pokémon Company International is looking for a Senior Manager for the IT Service Desk team in Bellevue, Washington. The role involves leading a team, managing processes, and ensuring excellent customer support.

Skills

Experience managing IT service desk teams
Technical support in Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS environments
Experience with ITSM platforms and ITIL processes
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of technology inventory management

Responsibilities

Leading the North America IT Service Desk team
Overseeing technology problem management and support needs
Assigning work, purchasing, and inventory management
Serving as an escalation point for incidents and service request resolution
Contributing to multiyear IT strategies and plans

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering
ITIL certifications a plus
