Get to know the role • Job Title: S&OP Analyst • Job Summary: A key business partner to Sales, Production, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance and will assist in the full S&OP process, strategically integrating demand and supply, forecasts using industry insights for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. • FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt • People Manager: No What you’ll do • Help guide the overall S&OP process and actively facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure relevant content is included with enough information to make decisions with enough lead time to resolve future constraints. • Assist in developing 24-month forward-looking demand and supply forecasts using advanced statistical modeling. • Responsible for tracking the overall statistical forecast accuracy, including the development and maintenance of the baseline statistical forecast. • Develops and tracks S&OP KPIs that prioritize process improvement initiatives. • Build reporting that outlines projected inventory, forecast accuracy, forecasted order projections, and other trends. • Capture agreed-upon changes to the demand and supply forecasts based on market insights in partnership with Marketing and Sales • Assist in facilitating monthly review meetings with key S&OP stakeholders. This includes preparing data and metrics, identifying gaps and capacity constraints, and ensuring actions are taken on agreed items. What you’ll bring • Bachelor’s degree in related field required. • 5+ years in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Comfortable with interpreting data and diagnosing challenges. • Extensive experience in planning and S&OP processes. • Strong computer and quantitative skills, including experience with supply chain planning systems with statistical modeling and advanced-level Excel capabilities. • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Able to work cross-functionally, demonstrating strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. • Displays robust initiative with a curiosity for learning and challenging the expected with a growth mindset. • Experience in implementing change management strategies. The full range is $91,000.00 - $137,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
