Job Description

Are you a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for affiliate marketing?

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to report to our Head of Affiliates and manage our affiliate portfolio and ensuring that all affiliate activities align with our guidelines to deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on performance metrics such as ROI, Net ROI, and overall performance compared to plan. Additionally, you will investigate active affiliates to ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines, meticulously documenting all traffic sources and promotional tactics. This is a dynamic opportunity to drive the success of our affiliate program and contribute to our growing brand presence.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will also lead marketing service operations, supporting inbound leads by setting up new affiliate accounts, managing KYC requests, and establishing commission structures. You will play a critical role in project managing the integration of new brands from third-party platforms into our Income Access tracking platform, as well as maintaining our united commissions affiliate programme website. Your expertise will be essential in developing and testing new promotional offers, as well as managing monthly affiliate payments. You will be responsible for creating and scheduling newsletters in collaboration with our CRM team, ensuring affiliates are informed of new offers, industry updates, and compliance information.

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you may be requested to represent our company at local and international affiliate conferences, preparing marketing communications and engaging with potential partners. Your role will also involve onboarding new affiliates, providing training on best practices, and staying informed on industry trends and legislation. By closely monitoring the UK market for online bingo, casino, and sports traffic, you will ensure that our brands maintain a competitive position.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience and understanding of online marketing and acquisition channels in the UK market
  • Strong optimisation and Analysis skills and the ability to produce ad-hoc reports.
  • Knowledge of the UK Gambling legislation and Compliance
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platform - Income Access
  • Strong negotiation & client Support skills
  • Proficient Excel knowledge
  • Ability to work remotely, independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Goal and result driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
