The RealReal is the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods. They are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to support their Authentication Center by providing HR generalist support, building relationships with managers, and ensuring the efficiency of HR service center processes.

Responsibilities

Support organizational design and effectiveness for client groups
Provide performance management guidance
