About The RoleAs a Product Manager Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our operations in house tooling product offerings and improving the experience of our warehouse team members, our consignors, and buyers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and machine learning, to define product roadmaps and deliver impactful features. This is a hands-on role where you will get to experience the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while learning from experienced professionals.• *This is a 10 week internship from 6/2/2025 - 8/8/2025.**What You Get To Do Every Day• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies aligned with our product roadmap, involved in all steps of the product lifecycle from idea to implementation• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the pain points of our teams today• Collaborate with engineering and cross functional teams to prioritize work, and create user stories for teams to work on.• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings as part of the Agile development process.• Support product launch activities, including testing, training, and post-launch monitoring.• Assist in tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of product features, as well as track impact and understand prioritization of work. .• Contribute to the creation of product documentation, such as product briefs, and requirement documentationsWhat You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Requirements:• Interest in the resale or retail industry, sustainability, and consumer tech.Compensation, Benefits, + PerksThis role is not eligible for benefits.The expected hourly rate for this role is 40.00-50.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
