Merchandising Internship

Overview:

The Rounds is the portal for managing everything that comes in/out of your home, i.e. your AI-powered personal Psychic Home Manager. Our mission is to make everyday choices effortless and more sustainable than the alternative. The Rounds automates the "inventory management" of the stuff you use every day, starting with weekly delivery and refill of essential consumer goods via our own scheduled two-way last mile logistics network. We are currently seeking an intern to join us for the summer! You will report directly to our VP of Business Operations and collaborate with them on critical projects. You will interact with our suppliers, giving the best experience while managing issues as they arise. You will champion the products we sell, providing a compelling Member experience. You will also champion data integrity within our database ensuring our product information is accurate and maintained across our markets.

• Oversee daily supplier interactions, respond to emails, manage price changes, and escalate major issues to appropriate team members.
• Set up and manage on-site marketing, including in-app banners, collections, promotional pricing, and vendor invoicing.
• Maintain accurate product information, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all listings.

• A current Student Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate Program
• Excellent at organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management
• An agile individual with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment
• Focused on collaboration but able to work independently

• Previous experience in a similar role strongly desired (Category Management or Merchandising)
• Experience working with Gsuite, particularly google sheets
• Strong personal presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work 40 hours per week (strong preference for onsite in Brooklyn (HQ), Atlanta, or Alexandria).
