Maintenance Manager

The Scion Group is a leader in student living, seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure safety and functionality of properties while managing onsite teams and vendors.

Skills

Expertise in plumbing and HVAC systems.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of building automation systems.
Experience with life safety systems.

Responsibilities

Manage building services and preventative maintenance programs.
Oversee day-to-day building operations including HVAC and plumbing.
Monitor building systems and conduct diagnostics.
Manage facilities budgets and service requests.
Ensure timely response to safety and maintenance issues.

Education

High school diploma/GED or trade school diploma.
EPA 608 Universal certification.
