The Scion Group is seeking a talented Assistant Community Manager to assist in maintaining successful operational and financial performance of student living communities.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coaching for staff performance.
Manage all resident accounts and utility billing.
Conduct inspections of the community and property.
Assist in preparation of month-end reports.
Manage customer sales interactions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred
