Seasonal Property Operations Support

The Scion Group is hiring temporary staff to support apartment turnover, providing a seamless move-out and move-in experience for residents.

Skills

Good communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to lift and move equipment and trash bags
Physical mobility for bending, climbing, and lifting

Responsibilities

Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned by the manager
Participate in apartment inspections and assist in documentation of unit condition
Perform light housekeeping duties
Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash
Provide general administrative assistance
