Contract Build Manager – Join Our TeamAs our Contract Build Manager, you’ll oversee and participate in the creation and uploading of contracts into our in-house system, Tropics. You'll be the vital link between Outsourced Contract Build Teams, Operations, Accounts, and Contracting Teams to ensure trips have the most current information loaded and supplier costs are accurate for invoice reconciliation. Your work will directly contribute to smooth trip operations and excellent service delivery!Why You’ll Love This Role• Manage the administrative side of the contract load process across all brands, products, and contract types.• Actively manage Outsourced Contract Build Teams’ workflows to ensure contracts are uploaded accurately and on time.• Collaborate with contract managers and other internal departments to resolve contract queries and ensure contract status is up-to-date.• Lead the smooth transition between build stages for contract creators, ensuring no gaps in service.• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, adding new ones as needed.• Oversee training and manage reference materials for Contract Build Coordinators• Address accounts payable issues, troubleshoot contracts, and assist with projects as needed.PerksEnjoy a $1,250 annual travel credit, two weeks to work from anywhere in the world, and two paid workdays each year to volunteer for causes close to your heart, all while supporting our mission to MAKE TRAVEL MATTER®. As a self-motivated, positive, and results-driven individual, you bring a proactive approach to any task.
