Are you a proven eCommerce leader with a track record of driving sales online for a CPG company? We’re looking for an experienced Director, Direct-to-Consumer to grow sales online and build brand equity at FIJI Water. This eCommerce sales leader will have the opportunity to lead our growth in one of the fastest growing and most dynamic channels in our industry. We’re looking for someone who is highly entrepreneurial, thrives on collaboration, and possesses a holistic and deep understanding of what it takes to build a profitable DTC business and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This position will be based at our HQ Office in Los Angeles and working a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.

Job Description

  • Develop strategy and lead execution for our Direct-to-Consumer home and office delivery business in the U.S, including platform integrations, operations, fulfillment, customer service, and digital marketing.
  • Manage P&L to drive profitable growth and achieve annual financial goals; coordinate key P&L activities with the Finance team including annual budget planning, monthly P&L reporting, and production forecasting.
  • Partner and drive collaboration across the Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to identify and capitalize on customer opportunities and/or capture cost-efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Marketing, Brand Marketing and internal Advertising/Digital Agency teams to develop retail marketing strategies and execute full funnel marketing programs leveraging tactics available in Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, and other retailer platforms.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies and execute programs across email, social, search, and SMS that increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in partnership with our award-winning in-house advertising agency.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at each touchpoint in the shopper journey; increase customer lifetime value and contribution using customer data and predictive analytics.
  • Manage and coach the professional and personal development of the FIJI DTC and Customer Service team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience developing and executing DTC/eCommerce sales strategies, managing a P&L, and utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver strategic results.
  • CPG food & beverage industry experience a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the eCommerce digital landscape including web applications, site merchandising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and relevant KPI reporting.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and leading a team of eCommerce professionals
  • Excel at storytelling and presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner with a data-supported point of view; executive presentation experience a plus.
  • Ability to articulate business needs that direct future website technical structure, design & aesthetics, content, and functionality.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus and Zendesk preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; modeling and advanced functions a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or M.S. preferred.

Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
