Human Resources Manager

Rapidly growing healthcare company seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager (HRM) to join our executive team. Ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience in the healthcare industry.

Skills

Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including clinical operations and information technology
Excellent leadership and management skills
Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with credentialing healthcare providers

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day management of personnel concerns (benefits administration, compliance concerns, compensation concerns, leave management etc.)
Oversee and manage HRM platform and relationships with HR vendors
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with COO to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company's mission
Talent Management and Recruitment: Lead talent acquisition strategies and onboarding top talent
Performance Management: Enhance performance management strategies and implement appropriate KPIs
Training and Development: Improve training programs and oversee development opportunities
Employee Relations: Fostering positive work environment and ensuring HR policy compliance
Compensation and Benefits: Ensure correct payroll processing and effective budgeting
Cultural Leadership: Act as a role model for organization's culture and values

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
