Nurse Practitioner

Theoria Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities. This role offers flexibility with no on-call and weekends off.

Responsibilities

Manage clinical care of residents at assigned SNFs.
Round daily and prescribe medications and treatments.
Document all patient care encounters in EHR.
Be available for phone consultations with nursing staff.

Education

Valid Nurse Practitioner license
