In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Management for AI Tax Prep in the Tax, Accounting & Advisory Product team supporting the Tax & Accounting Professional's business.Thomson Reuters leads at the intersection of content and technology with trusted data, workflow automation, and AI. TR has a bold vision to be the leader in AI-powered, content-driven technology, and the Senior Product Manager, AI Tax Prep will work closely with colleagues from Product, Compliance, Engineering, TR Labs, and Design teams who are already dedicated to delivering on this mission. Teams are working closely with customers to create a product experience that is unmatched in the market today. In this role, you will work with leaders and stakeholders from these teams in refining our product roadmap, while also playing a very hands-on role in leading cross-functional distributed product teams through product discovery and delivery.About the RoleAs a Senior Product Manager, you will find that no two days or hours are alike – from working on product strategy to checking usage analytics, supporting business cases to leading customer interactions, roadmap planning, scrum of scrums release planning, and more, you will be accountable to make sure we maximize customer and business value with our AI-powered tax prep experience.As a Senior Product Manager, you will:• Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction.• Build world-class capabilities and products by creating a vision for the product maintaining the product roadmap and partnering closely with the dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.• Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership of a feature/product, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience.
