The Role


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project coordinator to join our team. The project coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of various projects by providing administrative, logistical, and communication support. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with managers and team leads to define project requirements, scope, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines, including detailed task lists and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, track resource allocation, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and management.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise project status reports (weekly and as needed).
  • Manage and maintain the Monday.com (or similar) dashboard to reflect current project statuses and progress.
  • Oversee brand disposition projects.
  • Assist with software licensing renewals, IT status meetings, and the preparation of metric dashboards.
  • Manage other project-related tasks, including budgeting, vendor communication, and training coordination.
  • Adhere to established PMO standards and best practices.


What You Bring to the Party:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining project plans and timelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track progress and identify potential roadblocks.


Example of the Workload and Anticipated Hourly Breakdown:
  • Core Project Management (30 hours/week):
  • Licensing renewals.
  • Manage IT projects (deadlines, milestones, issues, etc.).
  • Manage projects for brand dispositions. 
  • Miscellaneous time for budgeting, vendors, etc.

  • Project Coordination and Reporting (10 hours/week):
  • Prepare for IT weekly status meetings & dashboards.
  • Manage/coordinate communications and training.

Gratuity is a statutory benefit paid to all full-time permanent employees who have worked continuously with the same organization for at least 5 years. 

In keeping with the National and Festival Holidays Act. employees will be paid 10-15 days per calendar year as holidays.
