THE ROLE We’re looking for an Associate of Partnerships who will primarily focus on our YouTube influencer marketing efforts, driving awareness and quality members to our Thrive Market community. This person should have a proven track record for driving online consumer traffic, delivering positive ROI, and experience fostering and growing relationships within the influencer space with agencies and content creators. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, as this person will partner closely with multiple external partners and internal departments, including content, brand, acquisition, merchandising, product and analytics - and will be seen as a strategic leader who can negotiate and execute brand aligned partnerships, ultimately building the Thrive Market brand. Responsibilities • Manage an existing pipeline of YouTube partnerships, negotiating and scheduling content rich campaigns to hit daily, weekly and monthly KPIs • Manage current monthly budget and identify ways to scale efficiently • Optimize partner performance by developing new creative assets, landing page and funnel testing, and other operational levers to achieve success on all campaigns • Scale influencer pipeline; actively identify, recruit and negotiate new partnerships leveraging your existing relationships or building net new ones • Analyze campaign performance and adjust outreach and efforts based on data and goal KPIs • Deliver and communicate insights on data results Qualifications • 3+ years experience in affiliate and partner management, YouTube experience mandatory • Performance driven: KPIs motivate you, but you don’t risk brand integrity to hit goals • Comfortable moving at a startup pace (FAST!), and confident, outgoing and persistent with follow-ups • Exceptional communication skills: you are able to flex communication styles between team members, executives, agents, and high powered influencers • Organized: you can usually see the end of your inbox and have a prioritized to-do list everyday • Process-oriented: you stay on task and can easily keep others on task • Passion for health and wellness: you’re excited to grow our Thrive Market community because we are making a positive change for our members and the environment Belong To a Better Company • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability) • Dog-Friendly Office • Competitive salary (DOE) + equity • 401k plan • Flexible Paid Time Off • Stocked kitchen in our Thrive Market Home Office with Thrive Market products • Yoga, meditation and other weekly events for mindfulness • Coverage for Life Coaching & Therapy Sessions on our holistic mental health and well-being platform • Free Thrive Market membership and discount on private label products • Casual atmosphere and great people to work with We're a community of more than 1 million members who are united by a singular belief: It should be easy to find better products, support better brands, make better choices, and build a better world in the process.
