SheLeads

SheLeads is a global, multi-faceted program designed to accelerate the development of diverse female leaders at Flex. Following annual talent review and reflection processes, a cohort of high potential female team members are invited to join the 9-month program. Program participants experience a wide range of learning experiences including workshops sponsored by senior executives, coaching sessions, mentoring, leadership assessment and more.
