SUMMARY: This Position will Support and assist the Ticket Supervisors and Directors of Ticketing with the daily ticket office operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support New England Patriots and New England Revolution ticket operations through processing, tracking, distribution and more.
Utilize ticketing systems to process, track and complete requests.
Partner with internal stakeholders on the creation and sales of ticketed events such as Away Game Trips and Viewing, Draft Party, Draft Preview.
Deliver customer service by responding to incoming ticket office inquiries and cases in CRM Platform
Partner with CRM Team on new initiatives and brainstorming best practices for ticketing and customer service.
Responsible for sales of event parking including setting up manifest and inventory, and partnering with internal stakeholders on scanning set up and ticket validation.
Compilation of post event reports and monthly/quarterly reports including inventory management, waitlists and game sales.
Partner with ticket office staff and leaders to deliver exceptional customer service on event days.
Special Projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Ticketmaster Host, TM1, Archtics, Entry systems
Requires 1-3 years ticketing operations experience.
1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service
Prior experience supervising staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work with several deadlines.
Knowledge of Ticketmaster, Archtics, TM1 systems
Ability to work a busy event schedule including nights and weekends
